Terms of Service
Last updated
Please read these terms before using Leap. They explain how the Service works, the responsibilities of users and the operator, and the risks of funding an account or trading.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of leap.trade, app.leap.trade and the features provided through them (the “Service”). The Service is operated by MARTIN PAGA LLC (“Leap”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Additional terms may apply to particular features when presented to you.
2. Eligibility and availability
You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to enter this agreement and be permitted to use the relevant features under applicable law. Access to a website does not establish eligibility to trade. Availability depends on your location, applicable restrictions and requirements of the providers involved. Do not circumvent geographic, identity, sanctions or access restrictions. Use only accounts and assets you are authorized to control, and provide accurate information when requested.
3. Accounts and security
Keep your account information current and protect your email, sign-in credentials, connected wallets and devices. Review requests before approving them and do not share access with someone you do not authorize. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity, and retain relevant transaction details. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify an account request or protect access. Never provide a private key, seed phrase or sign-in code in a support request.
4. Managed wallets and connected wallets
Leap-managed wallets are custodial: Leap stores their private keys encrypted and can decrypt those keys to sign authorized actions. Signing in with an external wallet does not make your Leap-managed wallet noncustodial. A connected external wallet is separate; connection alone does not transfer its assets to Leap.
Where key export is available, anyone who obtains the exported key can control that wallet. Exporting a key does not revoke other existing access or reverse permissions or transactions. Protect exported keys and understand the effect before using them outside the Service.
6. Orders, market information and other providers
Leap provides market information, wallet, funding, trading, copy-trading and rewards features. Execution and settlement depend on Hyperliquid and other providers or networks, whose rules and terms may also apply. Submission or acknowledgement is not proof of a completed trade. Orders may be rejected, delayed, partially filled or executed at a different price from an estimate. Charts, balances and rankings may update with a delay. Review the instrument: a market name does not establish ownership of an underlying stock or other asset.
7. Deposits, withdrawals and bridges
Use the supported asset, network and destination shown for the specific funding action. Check addresses, amounts, minimums and any required instructions before confirming. An asset supported on one network is not necessarily supported on another. Incorrect or unsupported transfers may be lost and recovery may be impossible.
Deposits and withdrawals may require network confirmations, bridge processing, available balances and reconciliation before completion. A pending amount is not necessarily available to trade or withdraw. Network congestion, provider restrictions or security checks can delay processing. Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed; Leap cannot promise cancellation, recovery or a particular completion time.
8. Fees, funding payments and taxes
Review applicable charges and expected proceeds before authorizing an action. Costs may include trading, network and bridge fees, deposit gas reimbursement and perpetual-market funding payments. Estimates can change with network conditions and execution. Funding payments may be payable or receivable while a position remains open. Third-party charges are not necessarily revenue received by Leap. Platform charges will be disclosed before the affected action. You are responsible for determining and meeting your tax and reporting obligations, and for retaining the records you need.
9. Rewards and referrals
Rewards and referral features are subject to the eligibility, qualification periods, limits and other rules shown for the relevant program. Displayed activity may remain pending until it can be verified. Points, rankings and estimated awards are not a promise of cash, profit or a future token allocation. Do not use misleading invitations, fabricated activity or multiple accounts to circumvent program rules. Consider trading risks independently of any potential reward.
10. Risks and independent decisions
Digital assets and derivatives can be highly volatile. You can lose your entire allocated balance, and leverage can lead to rapid liquidation. Stablecoins can lose their intended value; networks, bridges and smart contracts can fail or be exploited. Copy trading can reproduce losses and differ from the copied trader because of timing, liquidity, fees and settings. Risk controls cannot guarantee a maximum loss. Historical results and rankings do not predict future performance. Leap does not provide personalized investment, legal or tax advice. Decide whether an action suits your circumstances and seek independent advice when needed.
11. Content and permitted use
Leap and its licensors retain their rights in the Service, branding, software and content. You may use the Service as intended under these terms. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize you to misrepresent an affiliation, remove ownership notices or commercially redistribute protected content without permission. Third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their owners and any applicable licenses.
12. Prohibited conduct
Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, market manipulation, impersonation or rewards abuse. Do not access accounts without authorization, exploit errors to obtain assets or benefits, bypass security controls, introduce malicious software or interfere with the Service or other users. Respect applicable law and the rights of others. Report suspected errors or security issues without exposing private information or exploiting them.
13. Availability, restrictions and account closure
Maintenance, outages, network conditions and changes by other providers can interrupt features. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected abuse, breaches of these terms or legal requirements. Notice or an explanation may be limited where disclosure would compromise security or be prohibited by law.
You may stop using Leap. Before requesting account closure, review open positions, automation, pending actions and remaining balances. Signing out does not close positions or withdraw funds. Contact us about closure, restricted access or outstanding balances. Closure does not reverse completed transactions or remove records we must retain.
14. Service limitations and your rights
We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free information, successful execution or profitable results. You are responsible for your decisions and for reviewing instructions before authorization. These limitations do not excuse obligations that applicable law places on Leap. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights. Responsibility for a disputed loss depends on the facts and applicable law.
15. Questions and complaints
Send questions, account requests, complaints or formal notices to the operator below. Describe the issue, relevant dates and transaction references, the outcome you seek and a way to respond. Include only necessary information and never send wallet secrets. Contacting us does not remove any right to pursue a remedy available under applicable law.

These terms and any additional terms expressly agreed for a feature form the agreement for your use of the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a right does not alone waive it. We will publish revisions here with an updated effective date and provide any notice or obtain any consent required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. Review updates before continuing to use the Service.
